Didn’t love what you ordered? Changed your mind after receiving your jewelry? No worries. At Elirea Jewels, we understand that sometimes a product may not feel right after delivery.
We never want you to regret your purchase. Your trust matters to us, which is why we offer a simple and transparent return policy.
Place a Return
To initiate a return, please raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to share your order number, clear images of the product and label, and the reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, the next steps will be shared with you. Requests raised after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for return.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
(A) For Pay on Delivery / Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Store credits will be issued once the returned item is received and verified.
- Store credits cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return parcel.
(B) For Online Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets)
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 4–6 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- Card payments will be refunded to the same card used during checkout.
- UPI refunds will be credited back to the same UPI ID used.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the return is received and refund processing begins.
- Please do not share any OTP with the pickup partner until the parcel has been officially handed over.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any refund amount will be calculated after deducting discounts applied at the time of purchase.
Gift hampers and customized products are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
Currently, exchange services are not available at Elirea Jewels.
If you wish to purchase a different design, color, or style, you may return the eligible item and place a new order separately using the coupon code shared with you, if applicable.
