Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery
At Elirea Jewels, we strive to deliver every order in excellent condition and within the fastest possible time.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business daysfrom the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location.
To ensure timely delivery, please make sure the following details are entered correctly while placing your order:
- Provide a complete address including house number, floor, street name, locality, and a nearby landmark.
- Enter the correct city, state, and PIN/ZIP code to avoid misrouting.
- Ensure your phone number (preferably mobile) is accurate and reachable for delivery-related communication.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order and pay the exact amount.
- If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
Note: All parcels are securely packed before dispatch. However, since shipments pass through multiple courier processes, we strongly advise you to refuse delivery of any damaged packages. Accepting damaged parcels may void responsibility for missing items.
Shipping Charges: Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499. Shipping charges remain the same regardless of order size.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Order Tracking
You can check your order status by visiting the My Orderssection under your account on our website.
Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and India Post.
International Shipping
Currently, Elirea Jewels delivers products only within India.
Cancellation & Modifications
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, certain orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud prevention checks.
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed at our warehouse. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping addresses can be modified before the order is packed by contacting us.
Refunds
For prepaid orders cancelled successfully, refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable as no payment was made in advance.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery. Cheques and Demand Drafts are not accepted.
